People in my neighborhood seem like paranoid drug addicts that turn every solution into a new problem. They approach us when they need something and shun us if we fall into disgrace. When the truth stands between me and reality, I feel forced to undress myself before the reader and show him my life in the most palpable way possible. In reality I have a sick relationship with what I say. I do not invent anything, what I say already exists in each one of us. I’m only a translator of reality. This novel is written from the union of emotion and intellect and it goes to the most beautiful frontiers of language to give an account of the reflection of that pain. This is the author’s own physical, sensory and intellectual experience to perform this work masked in several people. I try to tell my life and that of my people without gratuitous exhibitionism from the territory where feeling and intellect coexist. I reconstructed a world where many people may recognize themselves.
